- A work proposal will be sent and agreed upon by both parties (you, "the client," and myself). This proposal will outline the cost, number of sessions, and scheduled dates.

service delivery
- When applicable, at the end of our sessions, you will receive a PDF + video with a personalised explanation to access anytime in the future.
- After the start of our engagement, all communication and exchange of information will be conducted via email to ensure clarity and avoid miscommunication.
